World-class support!

We have just done a customer survey where we asked our customers some questions regarding support.

We've now compiled the answers we've received, and it's an absolutely fantastic rating that our customers give us for our support.

Of course, we can see pretty quickly in our analysis that what we need to get better at is the part that we communicate to our customers. Some of the cases tend to drag on, but it's also a priority we make when a support case falls in. Is it important, is it cosmetic? If there are cosmetic bugs, they unfortunately fall far down the priority and most likely it is these cases that have affected some of the issues.


In the first question, we see that over 94% are satisfied or more than satisfied, and a few percent that is the opposite.


The same thing on this issue, over 98% think our support is quite knowledgeable or better – which is no wonder as the support also develops the systems.

In total, you have given us 4.31 stars out of five possible and we are extremely grateful for that.
