The retrieval feature saves a lot of email and phone time, the phone used to ring constantly, now it works well with one hour of phone time per week. Now every student/parent can log in 24/7 and book their riding lesson and search for riding lessons etc.

The biggest part of the efficiency improvement is that the riding school now has an iPad in the pony stable. There, each student clicks in their attendance and there they also see which horse they are assigned for the next lesson. The service has resulted in better finances for the riding school and enables optimization of the business.

Group mailings are often used, e.g. "next Wednesday is theory, see you in the theory room at 18.00".

Previously, invoicing was time-consuming and we received large sums of money twice a year and in between the cash register was empty. Academy helps us get better control of our finances and ensures that we optimize the cash flow of the business as we can now easily invoice more frequently.

For us, it has facilitated incredibly much when it comes to cancellation and re-riding. Previously we were almost drowning in emails and mail regarding this. We felt stressed about perhaps forgetting a student and we felt that it was difficult to keep things in order. The same applies to registration for holiday activities, club competitions and private lessons. Almost no email registrations and you get a quick overview of the number of bookings. In addition, it is incredibly fun for us number nerds to see how much income each horse has brought in! You can enter the feed status and purchase price of feed to quickly get an overview of the profitability of each horse!
